The firm's director, Ray Hudson, has 38 years experience as an Architect, with over 33 of those as director. Ray has 38 years experience - over 33 as Practice Principal - and has been responsible for the design and master planning of numerous educational, medical, commercial, multi-unit residential and retirement projects.

Emma has over 4 years of experience in public, multi-unit residential, educational, commercial projects, and competitions. She won the Leon Van Schaik Award for her Master's thesis and briefly mentored at RMIT.
