This project involved a complete redevelopment and upgrading of the Scots College Mansion Road Preparatory School Campus. The refurbishment increased classroom numbers, enhanced the scale and quality of tuition facilities, integrated and upgraded the performance facilities of the existing Memorial Hall, provided new Administrative and Staff facilities and included the creation of a new high-quality library.

The new, high quality classroom facilities provide a flexible, transparent and invigorating educational environment. The upgraded circulation addressed site accessibility issues, the new complex created a sense of academic community with visual interconnectivity support for interesting small group work spaces and enhanced the extensive educational program offered by the College's Preparatory School.
